Where can we deliver your order?
Glowrocks.co ships to most countries around the world! However, we are currently unable to ship to South Sudan, Bangladesh, Algeria, and Palestine.
To ensure your order arrives safely and quickly, please provide a complete and accurate phone number and address during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing: Allow 12-24 hours for your order to be processed. For customized products, processing can take 3-5 business days.
Shipping: After processing, standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
Super Fast Delivery: For an additional $45, you can upgrade to super fast 3-5 business day shipping.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and can be impacted by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or postal service issues.
Glowrocks.co is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend placing your order well in advance of any important events to allow for potential shipping delays.
Shipping Costs:
Free Express Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free express shipping (7-14 business days).
Standard Express Shipping: Orders under $100 incur a $4.95 express shipping fee (7-14 business days).
Super Fast Delivery: Upgrade to super fast 3-5 business day shipping for an additional $45.
Incomplete Shipping Information:
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address during checkout. Glowrocks.co will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Package Theft:
Glowrocks.co is not liable for packages that are stolen or go missing after they are marked as "delivered." Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
